Hope Against Hope

[Long description: Prisoner suspended in his own anxieties, manifesting here as deep ocean waters and a gaggle of giddy otters.]

This is a revisiting of this piece and this piece. I’ve realized– quite repeatedly– Prisoner’s arc calls for less and less melodrama, and more lightheartedness, more play. So I wanted to reframe them into something equally cheeky before I put it all to rest.
